- Payments are accepted in both USD and EUR.
- Wire transfer is the standard payment method.
- Initial Sessions:
- 100% advance payment is required for the first 10 sessions (10 hours).
- Subsequent Sessions:
- Payment for all following sessions is due on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Invoices are issued at the end of each week or month and are due within 5 working days.

The typical breakdown per process is as follows:
- Discovery & audit: 1-2 hours
- Migration, design, and process architecture in Notion: 4-6 hours
- Follow-up and refinements: 1-2 hours
- Training: 1 hour
Based on my past projects, here’s a time estimate for a full build of a company’s Notion workspace:
- Small businesses and Solopreneurs: 20-35 hours
- Mid-sized companies: 40-70 hours
