My work process

Let’s meet!

First, let’s meet on a 30-minute Zoom call to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
 
During our initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and expectations.
You can show me the current state of your Notion workspace and/or explain your processes and problems. I can show you some of the demo solutions I built for similar situations and explain how I would approach the problem.

After our initial meeting, I will send you an offer.
If you accept the offer, I am also happy to sign the NDA prepared by you.

The Discovery, Audit & Migration

Our collaboration will start with a discovery call to get a better understanding of your processes.
You will also grant me access to your Notion workspace and share other relevant information that might still be living outside Notion (docs, workflows, sheets, branding guide).
 
We will agree on what, how and when needs to be migrated to Notion.
 
Depending on the size of your company, I might have separate discussions with different teams from your company. We will agree on priorities — i.e. first we will take care of company wide processes like projects & tasks, OKR’s, documents and meetings management, and then we move to department specific processes for marketing or sales.

Implementation part 1: Design & Architecture

Based on our discussions I will build several dashboards with related databases.
Depending on information provided I will design everything to reflect your actual workflows (both looks and substance).
 
Developing a solid strategy, setting clear goals, utilizing the right resources, and organizing your efforts in related databases (channels, campaigns, content) will help you plan and create content like a pro.

Implementation part 2: Templates & Automation

I will create templates for different types of projects with different phases, templates for different types of documents or meetings, templates for design requests, or templates for anything that can save time.
General buttons, database buttons, formulas and other database automations can also do wonders for most processes.

Sync & Training

During the whole process I strongly advise us to have one weekly sync meeting.
I can provide the initial basic Notion training even in earlier stages of our project if your team is not familiar with Notion.
I will also provide post-implementation trainings for each department and one training for the whole company.

Testing & Follow up

You and your team will start using the new Notion workspace and will take notes of anything that is not clear. Also, everyone forgets something when describing the process — now we will fix that.
2-3 weeks should be enough. After that, I will make necessary adjustments.
 
In the long run, I am also at your disposal for any additional touch ups or expansions of your Notion workspace.
